You can request deletion of your Silent Zombie account and associated game data by contacting the privacy email address below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@silentzombiegame.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Silent Zombie Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your Silent Zombie player ID if available.
  4. Include the platform you use, such as Android or iOS.
  5. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, bank details, or private account credentials.

We may ask for limited information needed to verify the correct account before deleting data.

Data deleted

When a deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize account-linked gameplay data where technically and legally possible. This may include player identifiers, saved progress, inventory, currency balances, missions, rewards, Battle Pass state, chests, trophies, loadouts, friend and trade data, analytics events linked to the account, and support records linked to the deletion request.

Data retained

Some limited records may be retained after account deletion when needed for security, fraud prevention, purchase validation, refund handling, entitlement audit, dispute resolution, platform compliance, legal obligations, tax or accounting requirements, or backup integrity.

Most verified account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup, security, and operational copies may persist for up to 90 days before being deleted or overwritten. Purchase, entitlement, refund, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained for the period required by app store rules or applicable law, or while a dispute, chargeback, fraud review, or legal matter remains active.

Effects of deletion

Account deletion may permanently remove game progress, online features, inventory, virtual currency, social data, trade state, and access to account-linked entitlements. You may need to manage active subscriptions through your app store account settings separately.
