Overview
Silent Zombie is a mobile game for Android and iOS. The game uses online services to provide player accounts, saved progress, gameplay economy features, friend and trade systems, in-app purchases, purchase validation, and optional analytics.
This policy is not legal advice. It is intended to describe the current data practices for Silent Zombie and will be updated if the game's features, services, or data practices change.
1. Information we collect
The game may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Gameplay content and progress, such as inventory, currency balances, missions, rewards, Battle Pass state, chests, trophies, loadouts, friend codes, trades, and other game state.
- User identifiers, such as a player ID, player name, platform account link identifiers, friend identifiers, or account-level IDs used to operate the game.
- Device or installation identifiers used by platform services, online services, analytics, security, or purchase systems.
- Purchase history and transaction identifiers for in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase validation, entitlement checks, refunds, renewals, and fraud prevention.
- Product interaction data, such as app launches, gameplay interactions, economy events, purchases granted, feature use, and settings choices.
- Notification permission status and local notification scheduling information used to remind you about chest timers, where notifications are enabled by you or your device settings.
- Support information that you choose to send by email, such as your email address, device model, operating system version, player ID, screenshots, or a description of the issue.
The game does not require you to provide payment card numbers or bank account details to us. Payment details are handled by the relevant app store payment system.
2. How we use information
We use information for app functionality and analytics, including to:
- Authenticate players and maintain account-linked progress.
- Operate cloud-backed economy, inventory, missions, rewards, Battle Pass, friends, trades, and related gameplay systems.
- Validate in-app purchases and subscriptions, grant purchased content, prevent duplicate grants, restore entitlements, and detect purchase abuse.
- Understand how players use the game, evaluate features, and improve balance, stability, and usability.
- Send local device notifications about gameplay timers when notification permission is granted.
- Respond to support, privacy, account, and purchase questions.
- Protect the game, online services, and economy systems from misuse, fraud, or technical failure.
4. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect player data. Network requests to online and platform services use HTTPS/TLS where supported. Access to systems that operate the game is limited to operational use, and purchase validation is checked by online services rather than relying only on the game client.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Service providers
Silent Zombie may use service providers and platform services in the following categories:
- Player account, authentication, saved progress, social, and gameplay economy services.
- App store distribution, in-app purchase processing, subscription management, and purchase validation services.
- Analytics services used to understand product interaction and improve the game where analytics consent applies.
- Hosting, security, and infrastructure services used to operate the game, official website, domain, and related online systems.
- Email and support services used to send, receive, and respond to support and privacy messages.
These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices when they provide services to the game, the official website, or your device platform.
6. Analytics
Silent Zombie includes analytics functionality used to understand product interaction and gameplay economy behavior. Analytics may include events such as feature use, currency changes, chest opening, purchase grants, and other gameplay or product interactions.
The game includes an analytics consent control in settings. If analytics consent is not granted, analytics collection is not intentionally started by the game's analytics integration.
7. In-app purchases
Silent Zombie offers consumable diamond packs and a monthly Battle Pass subscription. Purchases are processed by the app store used on your device. We receive purchase-related identifiers and transaction information needed to validate purchases, grant content, prevent duplicate grants, manage subscription access, and handle refunds or revocations.
We do not receive your payment card number, bank account number, or full app store payment credentials.
8. Notifications
Silent Zombie may ask for permission to send device notifications. If you allow notifications, the game may schedule local notifications about chest timers or similar gameplay reminders. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
9. Advertising and tracking
Silent Zombie does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use collected data for third-party advertising.
We do not use collected gameplay, user ID, device ID, purchase history, or product interaction data for cross-app or third-party advertising tracking, and we do not share that data with data brokers.
10. Support emails
If you contact support or privacy email addresses, we collect the information you choose to include in your message. This may include your email address, player ID, device information, screenshots, videos, purchase details, or issue description.
This website does not currently collect support requests through a web form.
11. Children's privacy
Silent Zombie is not primarily directed to children under 13. Official age ratings vary by country or region and are displayed on the app store listing for your location. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game or support channels, contact us at the privacy email address below.
12. Data retention and deletion
We retain game, account, purchase, and support information for as long as needed to operate the game, maintain progress and entitlements, provide support, protect against fraud or abuse, comply with platform or legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
Some purchase and entitlement records may need to be retained so that purchases can be validated, restored, or audited.
You can request deletion of your Silent Zombie account data by contacting privacy@silentzombiegame.com. Include your player ID if available so we can identify the correct account. We may need to retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchase validation, dispute resolution, platform compliance, or legal obligations.

13. International processing
Silent Zombie may be available in multiple countries or regions. The services used by the game may process information in countries different from where you live.
14. Your choices
- You can use the in-game settings control for analytics consent where available.
- You can enable or disable notifications through your device settings.
- You can manage app store purchases and subscriptions through your app store account settings.
- You can contact us to ask privacy questions, request help with account or data issues, or request deletion of account data.
Some requests may affect your ability to use online features, maintain progress, restore purchases, or access subscription entitlements.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Silent Zombie changes, when new services are added, or when data practices change. The updated policy will show a new last updated date.
