Silent Zombie Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Silent Zombie, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game or related online services.

These terms apply together with the rules, payment terms, and policies of the app store or platform you use, including Google Play, Apple App Store, Game Center, Google Play Games, and other platform services where applicable.

2. Eligibility and age ratings

Silent Zombie is a mobile game for Android and iOS. Official age ratings vary by country or region and are shown on the app store listing for your location.

The game is not primarily directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required to accept these terms in your country or region, you should use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account and saved progress

Silent Zombie may use player identifiers, platform account linking, and online services to authenticate players, save progress, restore purchases, operate the economy, provide social features, and protect the game from fraud or abuse.

You are responsible for keeping your platform account and device secure. If you lose access to your platform account or device, some progress or entitlements may be harder to recover.

4. Virtual currency and virtual items

The game may include virtual currency, rewards, cards, chests, Battle Pass rewards, inventory items, upgrades, and other digital content. These items are licensed for use inside Silent Zombie and do not have cash value.

Virtual items cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for money, or exchanged outside the game except where the game expressly supports a feature such as in-game trades. We may balance, modify, add, or remove virtual items as part of operating the game.

5. In-app purchases

Silent Zombie may offer consumable diamond packs, premium rewards, subscriptions, and other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store used on your device. We do not receive your full payment card number, bank account number, or full app store payment credentials.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, billing confirmation, refund eligibility, and cancellation options are handled by the applicable app store and may vary by country or region. If a purchase is refunded, revoked, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, related in-game content or entitlements may be removed.

6. Battle Pass subscriptions

Silent Zombie may offer a monthly Battle Pass subscription. The store purchase screen shows the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial or offer terms where available, and other store-required purchase information before you confirm payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the app store account settings before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings. Canceling a subscription does not usually delete your game account, and account deletion does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

7. Rules of conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, abuse support or social systems, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or services, reverse engineer server systems, interfere with the game economy, use unauthorized automation, or use the game in a way that harms other players, the service, or platform rules.

8. Friends and trades

Friend codes, trades, and other social features may depend on online services and account state. Trades may be limited, rejected, reversed, or disabled to protect players, prevent fraud, enforce cooldowns or eligibility rules, or maintain game balance.

9. Updates and changes to the game

Silent Zombie may change over time. We may update content, events, progression, rewards, balancing, store offers, online features, supported devices, or technical requirements. Some features may require an internet connection, platform account services, or the latest game version.

Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, bank details, or private app store credentials in support messages.

11. Privacy and account deletion

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to online features, trades, purchases, or accounts if needed to protect the game, enforce these terms, comply with platform rules or law, respond to fraud or abuse, or resolve security or technical issues.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game, online services, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. The updated terms will show a new last updated date.
